Official Bio
Lisa Cohen is a Visibility Strategist, Inclusive Design advocate, and the founder of Wear Your Red Lipstick™, a bold movement to end the Invisibility Crisis among women with chronic conditions and disabilities.
Living with MS since 2001, Lisa helps these women navigating chronic illness, career, and reinvention to build the confidence and capacity to stop patterns of settling that frustrate them and start creating more fulfillment in their lives. She teaches them the same methodology that helped her start putting her art out into the world and travel to Grand Marais, Manitoba for a bucket list adventure all while working full-time and navigating MS disability.
A graduate of the Columbia University School of Law, Lisa has her CPC and ELI-MP professional coaching certifications. She has partnered with the MS Society to present self-esteem-building makeover workshops and is known as the founder of the Rockstar Women With MS initiative. She is also the author of the Amazon bestseller Overcome the BS of MS and the forthcoming Wear Your Red Lipstick.
Lisa’s knowledge around living with chronic illness has been featured in Yahoo! Lifestyle, Brain & Life, Thrive Global, and Healthline.
She spends her free time creating inspired art from her photography and knitting teddy bears for kids who need them worldwide.
